Hirepool wanted to gain back market share and client loyalty.
Action HQ developed a highly personalised and creative direct marketing campaign starting with Action HQ sending out a Filleting Knife set sent to Team Leaders of 200 companies.
Targets were set for each client and clients were rewarded after each of the 3 months with fishing related products to align with the Hirepool sponsorship of www.fishingandadventure.co.nz
Random rewards were also sent out to Team Leaders and their nominated Team Mates.
The campaign was extremely well received with a almost 60% conversion rate.
The Big Fish Campaign also gave the Sales Team a brilliant opportunity to engage with their clients and upon registration the Sales Team hand delivered Albacore Tuna popcorn and Swordfish Tapa’s in a personalised polybin.
Touch Points: Personalised web pages, emails, reward tags, kniife set labels, polybin labels, text messages and so forth.
