ACTIONHQ is a data-driven, personalised communications marketing agency with full in-house digital, print and mail production facilities.

The Flower Delight Campaign was developed to demonstrate the power of personalised direct marketing.

We created a male ‘when last did you send flowers to someone special’ and a female version ‘when last did you receive flowers’

The DM piece was extremely well received and we received loads of compliments.

The conversion rates also smashed markets records and we sent out hundred’s of beautiful bouquets of flowers.

The conversion to appointments also well surpassed market averages and led to several hundred thousand in sales and opportunities.

Tyres 4 U, Hirepool, Hills Laboratory and Duco Events are just some of the clients that engaged Action HQ to develop a creative and innovative direct marketing campaign that saw brilliant results for our clients.

Some of the clients from the flower campaign are now already doing a second round of the campaign due to the great results they saw in the first one they ran with Action HQ.
