A niche vertical market for Fuji Xerox includes schools where Fuji Xerox supplies technology to increase print and communication efficiencies.
ActionHQ were tasked with the challenge to secure 100 survey responses from a list of 500 top New Zealand school principals. The survey results were to be collated and reported back in a white paper: Schools of the Future.
ActionHQ developed a campaign strategy that included a ‘pocket mailer’ direct mail piece, postcards, and a series of email follow ups to non responders. All communication promoted a call to action to participate in an ActionHQ hosted online survey.
During the campaign the Fuji Xerox marketing team had complete transparency of campaign responses and could work with relevant Account Managers to support the campaign success.
As an incentive for the busy principals, all campaign respondents were sent a box of yummy artesian chocolates branded with Fuji Xerox.
Results: The campaign successfully secured over 100 completed surveys. ActionHQ then provided invitations to the Wellington white paper launch, which was well attended by influential school principals.
